Allen Residential is a family-operated home building company in the Greater Atlanta area. Since 2004, our principal licensed builder has been building beautiful homes that have ranged in price from the $200s to over $1,000,000. But regardless of price, we are very attentive to each home that we build; therefore we only build a few houses each year. We are on site every work day starting from the initial grading of the site through the home's completion, to ensure that our subcontractors adhere to our high standards of workmanship.
